Molineux Health Centre - Newcastle

We delivered full external access scaffolding to Molineux Health Centre to support urgent roof repair works to this busy NHS facility. The building remained fully operational throughout the project, requiring careful planning, strict controls, and close coordination to ensure the safety of patients, staff, and visitors at all times. Programme timescales were extremely tight, with no tolerance for delay, so works were planned and delivered to run precisely to schedule.

A fully engineered scaffold design was required due to structural constraints at low level, including the use of beam spans and cantilevered gallow bracket arrangements where roof areas were unable to support standard scaffold loads. Tie testing formed a critical part of the works to verify load transfer and ensure the scaffold remained fully supported and compliant throughout the project. All access, alterations, and inspections were carried out in line with current legislation and best practice, providing a safe, robust access solution in a live healthcare environment.
