Alnwick Police Station – We are currently liaising closely with the client and project team to plan the safe delivery of full independent access scaffolding and roof-edge protection. Detailed planning and coordination are underway to ensure works are carried out safely and efficiently. Further project details and updates will be added as the works progress.

Middleton St George – We delivered full scaffolding provision for this new-build housing development for Story Homes, including external independent scaffolding, loading bays, and roof-edge protection. All works were erected and maintained in line with NASC TG20 and SG4, with proactive coordination and clear communication ensuring programme demands were met safely across a fast-moving construction schedule.

Blakeney Green – We delivered scaffolding to all 160 plots on this new-build housing development for Miller Homes and St Modwen Homes. Works included external independent scaffolding, loading bays, and roof-edge protection, erected and maintained in line with NASC TG20, SG4, and Work at Height Regulations. Effective coordination and communication ensured the dynamic programme was met safely and efficiently.

Friarage Hospital – We provided full external independent scaffolding and roof-edge protection to the Mental Health Unit to enable solar panel installation. With the unit remaining fully operational, stringent controls, careful planning, and strict segregation were maintained. Scaffolders operated to exemplary behavioural standards to protect patients, staff, and the public throughout the works.

Designed external scaffolding delivered to an operational NHS health centre, enabling urgent roof repairs under tight programme and safety controls.

Cale Cross – We delivered full-height external scaffolding to this 57-metre high-rise office-to-residential conversion. The project required a fully engineered scaffold design to overcome base support constraints, close liaison with Network Rail due to the adjacent railway, and carefully coordinated deliveries in a highly restricted city-centre environment.

Durham Cathedral – We deliver specialist heritage scaffolding works at Durham Cathedral, carefully planned to protect the historic fabric of the building. Working closely with the Cathedral team, we provide adaptable access solutions, overcome restricted access challenges, and carry out ongoing alterations and weekly statutory scaffold inspections to maintain safety and compliance throughout the works.

Stannah Stairlifts – Newburn
We provided full external independent scaffolding and roof-edge protection to facilitate solar panel installation at this large, operational factory. Using Layher system scaffolding, we also installed permanent mesh skylight protection to address deterioration of existing mansafe systems, ensuring a safe working environment and uninterrupted site operations throughout the works.
